"Bread. A Taste of the World" is a new book illustrated by Anya Desnitskaya, the artist known for "The Story of an Old Apartment," "Transsib," and "Farmers' Markets." A round-the-world journey across every continent, recipes and quests for the whole family—and Desnitskaya's signature vision, in which details coalesce into a whole world.
