The documentary performance by the Clavis Gegen:stand theater and art school group premiered at the 48th Stunden Neukölln 2025 festival. It is a reflection by teenagers on their own experiences of emigration and what we take with us, no matter what.
Can memories fit into a single suitcase? What does it take to make a new place feel like home? And is the experience of home possible for the younger generation?
In the endless series of moves, it suddenly becomes clear that the map of our movements is just paper, on which, layer by layer, the silhouettes of once-beloved streets appear.
