"Dawn Will Definitely Come" is a collection of letters sent to those currently facing political persecution in Russia. The book shows the variety of letters to strangers and inspires correspondence.
Since August 2024, the OVD-Info human rights project has operated the website "Vestochka," which allows people to easily and freely write to political prisoners in Russia from anywhere in the world. All letters published in the book are the result of Vestochka's work.
