Queer Joy as Resistance

What is joy in a world where queer people face discrimination, fear, and silence? Can joy be a form of resistance?
At the public discussion "Queer Joy as Resistance," we will discuss how friendship, love, creativity, and the pursuit of happiness become acts of freedom and a way to maintain dignity. Participants will discuss how queer joy can be not only a personal experience but also a cultural and political practice.

The discussion will be held with simultaneous translation into German with the support of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung and in cooperation with the Dialogue Club.
