This is a new word in literature. The collection of poems presents twin texts that were born together, but live in different linguistic and cultural spaces - Russian and English. The poems are reflected in each other, as in a mirror, but are also refracted in it, since this is a mirror of history and culture. They contain pain and nostalgia, happiness and love. The book features emigrants from the former USSR living in the USA, Israel and European countries. A special place in it is occupied by texts related to the war against Ukraine and against Israel. Shrayer's poems are characterized by passion and expressiveness, political uncompromisingness and innovative form.
