Born in Klin in 1986. Studied at the Tver Medical College, completed his master's degree at the Russian State University for the Humanities, and completed his postgraduate studies at the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences. His poetry and prose have been published in the journals and almanacs Vozdukh, TextOnly, Aktsent, Translit, on the website Polutona, and elsewhere. His critical articles have been published in the journals Novoye Literary Obozreniye, Novy Mir, Oktyabr, and on the websites OpenSpace.ru and Colta.ru. Co-editor of the journal Russian Prose (2011-2013). Curator of the Igitur literary evenings series (since 2012, together with K. Korchagin). Co-founder and member of the jury of the Razlichie poetry prize (2013, together with K. Korchagin, L. Oborin, and I. Gulin). In 2016-2017 Member of the jury (committee) of the Andrei Bely Prize (2016-2018). Currently finishing work on a dissertation at the University of Potsdam, coordinates projects of the Commonwealth of Russian-speaking Writers in Germany SLoG (Member of the Board since 2026). Articles have been published in the magazines New Literary Observer, Air, New World, Blue Sofa, and others. Author of poetry collections You Will Never Be Caught by This Movement (2018), Closeness (2024). Editor of the Fiction series of the New Literary Observer publishing house. Laureate of the Moscow Account poetry prize for the best debut book (Death of a Student, 2013), nominee for the Andrei Bely Prize (2013). His poems have been translated into Serbian, English, German, and Italian.
